Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Security You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Personal Payment Methods Only All deposits must be made from payment accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank accounts) that are registered in your own name. Using a payment method belonging to another person is prohibited and constitutes fraud. jeta79 will not process withdrawals to any payment account that does not match the player's registered identity.

Account Registration & Verification
Registration is open to individuals who are: (a) at least 21 years of age; (b) legal residents of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for personal use; and (c) not currently self-excluded from jeta79 or subject to any active account suspension. jeta79 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
To create an account, you must provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, a valid mobile number, and a working email address. All information submitted must be accurate at the time of registration. jeta79 will send a verification communication to your registered contact details to confirm account activation.
jeta79 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. Players may be required to submit copies of a government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. KYC verification may be requested at any stage — including before the first withdrawal, after a significant change in account activity, or at any time jeta79 deems necessary. You may request closure of your jeta79 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of all pending wagering requirements and satisfaction of outstanding KYC obligations. Self-exclusion requests are processed separately under the Responsible Gaming framework and result in a mandatory cooling-off period.

All transactions on jeta79 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Where a player's payment method operates in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the exchange rate in effect at the time of the transaction. jeta79 is not responsible for currency conversion fees or rate differences applied by third-party payment providers.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by jeta79 are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. In cases of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for matters directly relating to that promotion. All other matters are governed by these Terms.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bet amounts are specified on each promotion's detail page. Attempting to exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, coordinating play with other players, or using prohibited betting strategies — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.
New players at jeta79 may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their qualifying first deposit, subject to the promotional terms published at the time of the offer. jeta79 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per device.
jeta79 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Where abuse is detected — including but not limited to hedging bets across multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of promotional conditions, or use of software to gain an unfair advantage — jeta79 reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings, cancel active bonuses, suspend or permanently close the account, and withhold any related balance pending investigation.
Game Rules & Betting

Bets may also be voided if the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or significantly altered. In such circumstances, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance.
The following betting activities are strictly prohibited on jeta79: (a) match-fixing or any form of cheating; (b) use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts; (c) arbitrage betting exploiting platform pricing errors; (d) collusion between players to manipulate game or match outcomes; (e) placing bets on events the player has inside knowledge of. Detection of any prohibited practice will result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.
Platform Use & Conduct

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jeta79 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform. This includes without limitation any loss of winnings, data loss, or interruptions to service. jeta79's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by applicable international online gaming law. In the event of any dispute between you and jeta79, you agree to first contact our support team to seek an amicable resolution. jeta79 commits to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with jeta79's published dispute resolution procedure. You agree to exhaust jeta79's internal complaints process before pursuing any external legal remedy.
